Selection of Steve's acoustic instruments
My first decent acoustic guitar was the fabled EKO ranger 6 made in Italy. In 1970 these guitars were around £30 and actually very playable with a low action and good inonation. I still have this guitar and despite the abuse it suffered at festivals in the 70’s its still a usable acoustic guitar. The 12 string version has become quite collectable. Other instruments are a rare (in UK) Furch from the Czech republic, Simon and Patrick parlor. Mt battered 1979 Ovation Balladeer (gigg extensively), Takamine 12 String, Guild Mahogany 00 size, Kala Uke, Early Music Centre Dulcimer and a very nice Paul Hathway Mandola made in the UK
